Welcome to ArkForte. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, software agents, and Digital Duty of Care as a Service platform.

1. Educational Authority & Accounts

By creating a school tenant or subscribing to ArkForte, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your educational institution, district, or organization to these Terms.

2. Software License & Acceptable Use

ArkForte grants the subscribing institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute the ArkForte agent software across registered student and classroom devices for the duration of the subscription term.

3. Support & Service Level Agreement

ArkForte commits to a 99.9% uptime availability for our cloud safety filtering infrastructure, backed by our 24/7 technical and safety response desk.
